  • Cancellation and Rescheduling
    Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. A cancellation fee may apply if you cancel within 24 hours.

  • Hygiene
    Please ensure personal hygiene before receiving your massage. This helps ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience for both you and the therapist.

  • Health and Safety
    Always inform the therapist of any health concerns, injuries, or medical conditions. This allows us to tailor the massage to your specific needs and safety.

  • Communication During the Massage
    Feel free to communicate if the pressure is too strong or too light. Your comfort and well-being are our top priority, and we want to ensure you have the best experience possible.

  • Clothing
    Please be aware that you may be asked to undress to your comfort level during the massage. You will always be properly covered with towels to maintain privacy.

  • Respect for Privacy
    Massage treatments are strictly professional. Any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.

  • Health Limitations
    If you are pregnant, undergoing medical treatment, or have a serious health condition, please consult your doctor beforehand and inform the therapist of your situation before receiving treatment.

  • Payment
    Payment can be made via cash. Payment is due immediately after the treatment unless otherwise agreed upon.
